The Chef creates bistronomic and Savoyard cuisine.

We welcome you for lunch from 12 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.,

and for dinner from 7 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

We are closed on Wednesday and Thursday.

Raw milk cheeses: Val d’Arly Cooperative

Charcuterie: Italy and France

Beef Fillet: French meat breed

Chicken supreme: Free-range poultry

Ground steak: 100% French beef muscle

Foie gras: French

Fish: Ardèche trout

Vegetables: The majority of our vegetables are French (98%)

Bread: Our traditional baguettes are made by a Chamonix bakery "Bourdillat" and our wholemeal bread crowns by the house "Pinpin".
